A 15-year-old boy has died following an attack outside a school in Huddersfield.

Emergency companies have been known as to the scene at Woodhouse Hill in Fartown at 2.54pm on Wednesday, following the attack near the doorway of North Huddersfield Trust School.

In an announcement, West Yorkshire Police confirmed a homicide investigation was beneath manner.
