Manish Sisodia slams BJP: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia requested the Centre to invest in residents and alleged that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tried to scare individuals by claiming that spending authorities cash on public welfare will destroy India.
At a press convention on the Delhi Secretariat, he claimed there are two fashions of governance. One is the ‘Dostwadi’ mannequin and the opposite is investing in public welfare schemes, Sisodia claimed.
“The ‘Dostwadi’ model of the BJP waives loans of lakhs of crores of rupees of its friends but deprives common man of facilities like health and education. They do ‘Dostwadi’ politics (for welfare of friends) and we do politics for the common people,” the deputy chief minister and AAP chief mentioned.
Sisodia mentioned the Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi authorities is “revenue surplus” regardless of offering free schemes for the individuals whereas the “BJP-run states are in deficit”.
“The BJP phrases welfare schemes for the general public ‘free ki rewari (sweets)’ however we name it investing in our individuals. Yesterday, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tried to scare individuals by saying spending authorities cash on public welfare will destroy the nation.
“But it is not so. I urge them to invest in the citizens of the country instead of playing ‘Dostwadi’ politics,” he mentioned.
